| Flexible Down Payment Assistance enables sellers to overcome one of the biggest obstacles in lending, the down payment. Millions of property owners are now seeking flexible down payment programs to add value to their residential or commercial transactions, and to help them stand out from other property sales in the area. Priority Direct Advantage does just that. By enrolling in our program your property will appeal to more prospective buyers. Buyers often look for a property that will better serve their needs, while becoming a significant capital investment. Potential buyers will feel more at ease knowing your property offers them protection and security that comes with their investment. With your property listed as a Priority Direct Advantage property your property now has the value that a buyer is looking for. The seller's net from the transaction will almost always equal or exceed the net on a normal purchase. To include the program into the sales contract simply include the forms provided by Priority Direct Advantage. With Priority Direct realtor commisions may be higher since the commission is based on the sales price, and most buyers will generally contract for the full value of the property. |
